Women's Healing Night Out

Chakra Healing Session

Friday, November 22 @ 5:30PM

Uintah Conference Center
Spit Mountain Room #3
313 East 200 South
Vernal, Utah

Aloha Light Being.

I look forward to seeing you for the chakra healing session.

The Chakra session is not therapy. It includes mental and physical symptoms I have noticed and collected over the 20+ years as a therapist. Integrating our body's knowledge and accessing the energy within what the body holds onto is the intention and work I will guide you through in this session.

This is a social gathering experience and each participant is asked to bring a food dish to share with the group.

As a native of Hawaii, I've witnessed how food plays a pivotal role in my culture when it comes to social gatherings. Sharing a meal is more than just a culinary experience- it's a way of nurturing, nourishing, and connecting with others.

Given the transformative work that lies ahead, this shared meal and connection are instrumental in harmonizing our energies for what's to come. Social gatherings are about the synergy of meeting, sharing food, and setting the right vibration to prepare for healing work in a shared space.

Below is a guide for the Do’s and Dont's for the social gathering and potluck.

Do:

-Bring a dish to share

-Introduce yourself

-Come with an open mind

-Enjoy the experience

-Lend yourself grace

-Place your pillows, blankets, etc. on the floor to select your space

-Bring crystals if you have them

Don't:

-Forget to dress comfortably and bring items such as pillows, blankets, eye mask, yoga mat etc.

-Judge yourself or others

-Compare this chakra experience to others

-Show up late

-Be critical of the experience

-Ask others "What do you do?" asking about one's occupation limits getting to know someone and may create preconceived notions.

I look forward to meeting you.

Love & Light
