Healing Starts with You

Difficult experiences—whether from childhood or later in life—can leave lasting emotional impacts. Trauma doesn’t always come from one major event; it can also result from ongoing stress, loss, or significant life transitions. These experiences may surface as anger, anxiety, sadness, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of being “stuck.” You might also notice recurring patterns in your relationships or struggles with self-worth that feel hard to explain or change.

Our compassionate team is here to support you. Using evidence-based therapies, we help you understand the root of these challenges and develop tools to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.

Individual Therapy

Break the Cycle. Rebuild the Connection.

Many couples and families come to us feeling stuck—caught in cycles of miscommunication, recurring conflict, emotional distance, and frustration that affect everyday life. These challenges often extend far beyond the surface, impacting relationships, parenting, work, and overall well-being.

What’s often overlooked is how deeply these patterns are rooted in our past. Are you repeating behaviors you experienced growing up? Do you find yourself communicating—or shutting down—the same way you once resented in your own family? Unresolved experiences from childhood and your family of origin can shape how you relate to your partner, your children, and even yourself.

Couples & Family Therapy

Our approach integrates psychodynamic, family-focused psychotherapy to address both individual and relational dynamics. Whether you’re seeking support as a couple or as a family, we begin by working individually with each person. This allows space to explore your own emotional patterns, communication styles, and personal history.

Once a strong individual foundation is established, your therapist may bring partners or family members together for joint sessions. These sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and creating healthier, more functional relationships.

Whether you're navigating issues in your partnership, parenting challenges, or intergenerational family conflict, real and lasting change is possible. With the right support, you can break free from harmful cycles and build stronger, more connected relationships—starting with yourself.

Train Your Brain for Better Balance and Function

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment that helps improve brain function by teaching the brain how to self-regulate more effectively. It is commonly used to support individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep disturbances, and more.

During a session, small sensors are gently placed on the scalp to monitor brainwave activity in real time. This data allows us to identify patterns that may be linked to emotional or cognitive difficulties. Through targeted feedback and mental training strategies, your brain learns to shift into healthier, more balanced states.

The goal of neurofeedback is to enhance your brain’s ability to function optimally—improving focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being over time.
