Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Childhood traumas can affect us long after we have grown up. We may have problems with our emotions such as anger, sadness, anxiety and feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy. We may even have relationship problems that we wish we could change but result in old patterns of behavior. Our team can address these and other issues using evidence-based therapies.

Couples Therapy
Couples often say that  communication is a problem and they fight about the same things over again. Lack of communication can lead to feeling disconnected and alienated from each other. These feelings can manifest and affect intimacy and lead to irritability and frustration in daily life. Ultimately, it impacts all areas of your life. In our practice we believe it is important to begin treatment by seeing each partner individually and then together as needed. Each partner brings their own past into the relationship. By working individually at first we can better understand where issues stem from and how to resolve them so that you may create a healthy partnership.
Family Therapy
Are you perpetuating the same behaviors you experienced growing up? Do you communicate, or not communicate effectively ln the same way you couldn’t stand in your own family of origin? Psycho-dynamic family-focused psychotherapy is key to overall individual happiness and functional family dynamics.

Neurofeedback
This non-invasive treatment can help train your brain to function more efficiently. It is designed to assist in the self-control of your brain function by using mental stimulation and strategies. The goal of neurofeedback is to instruct your brain how to self-regulate. During the session, your brain is observed via sensors placed on your scalp to detect brainwave activity. The data is used to determine optimum brain frequency to train your brain to use more suitable patterns for better self-regulation. Neurofeedback can help with various neurological conditions including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Chronic pain, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, and PTSD.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is proven to be safe and effective in treating disorders such as anxiety, depression, pain control, and irritable bowels. You are in control of your own mind and cannot be made to do things in conflict with your moral code or value. Hypnosis can be very quick and effective in ameliorating symptoms. Hypnosis is used in conjunction with other evidence-based therapies.

Length of the presentation is 1 hour. No cost for presentation but donations are welcome.
