I have experience working with both adult and adolescent populations in a variety of settings, including community mental health, crisis intervention, substance use recovery, and medical environments. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client, incorporating modalities such as EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and existential therapy.
